Weather turns a little chilly. The days get shorter. Nights get longer. Summer is gone. The great thing about the change in Seasons, is you get to try out a few of these 60 Healthy Soup Recipes.

I’ve been reading The Little Book of Hygge (which I recommend to anyone who wants to make their home feel more … well .. Hygge). The concept behind the word is hard to explain, because it’s something that needs to be felt. But I get it. Home is Hygge. Dim Candle lit rooms are hygge. Clean Eating Soup

OK, so not all these soups are slow cooking. Some of them can be whipped up in a couple of minutes, while others need a couple hours of slow simmering to release their flavors. Personally, I love the whole ‘soup cooking in the slow cooker’ thing.

I dump all ingredients in the pot before heading out in the morning and come back a couple hours to a home smelling amazing and a dinner that basically cooked itself.
