All the Sil’dihn Subterrane Variant Dungeon routes in FFXIV (2024)

The Sil’dihn Subterrane is the first Variant Dungeon in FFXIV, allowing players to take many different routes to complete the dungeon. Completing all 12 paths will reward the adorable Silkie mount, as Silkie is one of the bosses in this dungeon.

The dungeon can be completed solo or in a party of up to four players made up of whatever roles you want. Each path has specific instructions to complete, whether its correctly (or incorrectly) doing a puzzle or even doing a special set of emotes at a coffin.

You’ll need at least one combat job at 90 with an item level of at least 575 to take on The Sil’dihn Subterrane.

Our Final Fantasy 14 Sil’dihn Subterrane route guide lists out how to successfully complete the entire dungeon and get the Silkie mount. You can track which paths you’ve completed using the “V&C Dungeon Finder” menu in-game.

Note that if you choose the same opening path as Nanamo, you will get more spoils.

To claim the Silkie mount, you’ll need to claim the “Silkie Whistle” from the achievements menu after completing “Dig Deep: The Sil’dihn Subterrane.” You get this achievement for finishing all 12 routes of the dungeon.
