Better than a Keurig!
The coffee maker is so appealing and works in a way it makes sense. It's so easy, it brews fast and I love the 2 beeps it does when it's done brewing. I love the hot/cold feature and the grinder is SO nice to have attached to the coffee maker! I've had 2 Keurigs and this is definitely better!

Great. Until it's not.
So I wanted to love this soooo much. It's Gorg and looks great. After reading all the reviews I was sold. I liked the grinder option most. But this thing is finicky, inconsistent, and messssyyyyyy. I don't like the way it makes you dump grounds out even after a 6oz. If you like strong coffee, this is not it. Plus cleaning it or trying to keep it clean is impossible. Which you have to clean it between every cup poured. So if you looove to clean, love grounds in your coffee and like weak coffee (on the bold option) this is what you want.

Been waiting so long for this product to exist!
First i want to say i have waited since the kitchen appliances came out for something like this to exist! I've ad two keurig of my own in adulthood and most of my coffee drinking life has been with one. I said as soon as Drew makes a machine for single cup my Keurig is gone! I have had it about a week now. I LOVE IT! Takes a bit to get used to how to set up for your desired amount. But i got the hang of how much i really wanted etc. it's HOT smells DELICIOUS BREWING, slim and fits in smaller spaces! Love how easy it is to clean up! Love it has no filter! The fresh ground beans option is my favorite! Thank you for making this excellent product!!

Love but the computer part not great
First time I got the hour setting portion wasn't working properly. Replacement came in and worked perfect for one time. The bold option disappeared after first run. Still haven't been able to set as bold but tired of sending back. Over all it makes really good tasting coffee, it's quiet, and love how many ounces it can make at once. I really love the sleek design. Also you can't set the timer for the whole week, you have to do it each night which is okay.

I have been looking for a relatively cheap coffee maker that would grind the beans fresh without needing to take multiple steps. Overall it's decent for what it needs to do, it just doesn't provide espresso shots where the ads could be misleading. Wish I could change the size of how fine I want my coffee grinded. Based of the price I love it for regular coffee if u don't want to spend money on other fancy espresso machines which this isn't an espresso machine. I think it could take miner changes to make it an amazing machine but I'm not a developer of this product but wish I was.

I have had the beautiful perfect grind coffee maker for several days now, and can tell you this…the coffee it makes is better than Kuerig, pour over and any other traditional coffee maker I have tried. It is about the same quality as French press but not as good as Nespresso (I stopped using Nespresso because of the increasing cost of pods). When received the Beautiful was easy to set up and use. The first cup was terrible so I ran a couple of additional cycles with just water and it was fine after that. It is slim and fits nicely on the countertop. I used to have to use 4-5 different things in order to make pour over coffee for myself and espresso for my husband. I got his coffee maker because it's all in one and it looks great. tastes great, but a bear to clean
I do love the way the coffee tastes. However, it is a big chore to clean. There's an overspray, so I set a thin cutting board down for clean up there. The amount of ridges that the coffee gets into is crazy. I have to use q-tips after each use to get it all out. I've never had a coffee maker that seemed this hard to clean. I like the compact size for our RV. I don't like that filters don't fit, so I'm washing some grounds down the drain when cleaning it, which isn't recommended

So many issues!
No support! No FAQs. No website. No phone number.'You are supposed to clean the grinders weekly, but I've only been able to figure it out a few times. It doesn't do what the instructions say.You have to unplug it to clean the grinders, then reset the clock every time!If you don't set the clock as soon as you plug it in, it thinks you want to set it to brew later. But I'm always too busy trying to figure out their instructions to get the grinders to clean to worry about setting the clock. The water container is in the back and there is no indicator light when it is low.There is always sludge at the bottom of the cup after drinking the coffee.You have to clean out the grounds after every cup. Not useful when you have three people drink...

I love the concept of no filters no pods, and the grinding of the coffee, freshly ground one cup at a time, but you need lots of patience for cleanup and waiting for your coffee to fully brew because this has a flaw, it continues to leak even after the coffee is finished brewing, so there's always a messy cleanup after each cup. if you're thinking of getting white, you might want to change your mind. It gets dirty often.

I bought this coffee/grinder to complete my DB Beautiful haul. It's bad when you have to buy a portable grinder off Amazon just to have fresh ground coffee!!! I received my order, opened it up with much anticipation of using it; tried programming it…epic fail, tried to grind my beans…another epic fail! I searched on Utube to find any influencer with this product, just so I can learn, and you guessed it, an epic failure! I re-read the instructional manual it came with but it was a bit confusing at best. All in all, only the brewing works and not the integrated grinder. Don't waste your money, it's really not worth it.

I bought this for my home. It is Beautiful, looks and feels very sleek. It was very easy to clean out the coffee grinds. I left the coffee grounds an extra day by accident and they didn't stick to the coffee filter, which it was a common issue with other reusable coffee filters. Definitely recommend fully reading the instructions before trying to set up the clock and timer 😅. Once you get it up and going it's pretty easy to use. I typically use coffee beans for the freshness, coffee was good but I wish it was a little stronger even on the “bold” setting. I have yet to try it with coffee grounds.
