I may have single-handedly bumped lemon chia pudding into the top list. I made it at least once a week from the time you posted it until I ran out of fresh limes from my tree, and I had a lot of limes. I found it worked best with a good quality, full fat coconut milk, the freshest chia seeds I could find, and blending a tablespoon of seeds before adding the rest to achieve a thick mousse texture. My absolute favorite!

And thank you, Richa, for those one pot noodles! Your blog keeps me cooking.

Thats awesome! how i wish i had a lime tree :). yes fresh chia seeds work best. Older seeds sometimes dont absorb as much.

The coconut ladoo seems doable – I love ladoo but have never tried making it. I know my best friend would love ladoo but she hates coconut. So I will not feel guilty keeping these all for myself – unless someone else happens visits while they are available.
I much appreciate your recipes that turn deep fried bombs into baked deliciousness. Vegetable pakoras are a case in point. I never got the hang of deep frying, probably because I cannot justify polluting such a vast amount of oil and then having to dispose of it correctly.
You are one of my favourite food bloggers. Thanks for all you do to make food recipes available to all.
I say ‘all’ because anyone can eat (unless allergies), whether they choose to or not.

Thanks! I am not fond of frying either. Too much heat, standing and oil. I am glad that the recipes turn out well!

Thanks, Richa. But something wrong with some of the links. Aloo Bangain and carrot cake links both take me to the lemon chia pudding.
