We kindly ask you to please arrive on time.
In order to ensure we deliver a magical session for all our guests, any sessions that arrive 10 minutes after the hour will be asked to reschedule.

Covid-19
What precautions are being taken with COVID-19?
Safety for our guests is number one concern and even more so during this time, in fact, our precautions are more rigorous than those at Walt Disney World.
Precautions we’re currently taking include:
- Limiting Sessions to 1 Family at a Time
- TemperatureChecks
- Limiting 2 Adults at a Time to accompany our little fairies and knights into the session rooms
- Suspending Hair and Makeup Services
- Deep steam and sanitizeall wardrobe between uses
- We sanitize all sets, props, & accessories in between every single session
Health Acknowledgement
Please make sure that you have reviewed any advisories or restrictions that may be impact travel in your area.
By entering Enchanted Fairies, you are confirming that you and all persons in your party:
- are not experiencing any of the following symptoms of COVID-19 identified by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention at CDC.gov, including:
- Fever or chills
- Cough
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Fatigue
- Muscle or body aches
- Headache
- New loss of taste or smell
- Sore throat
- Congestion or runny nose
- Nausea or vomiting
- Diarrhea
- have not been in contact with someone with confirmed or suspected COVID-19 symptoms without completing a 14-day quarantine
- are not under any self-quarantine orders
Guests who cannot confirm all of the above criteria must not enter Enchanted Fairies.

Wardrobe & Pre-Session
What do I need to bring to the session?
Nothing!
We provide dresses and knight wardrobe, floral crowns, tiaras, pixie dust, wings and all that your child will need to make this an immersive and beautiful experience.
You do not need to bring anything at all, but if you’d like to bring in a special outfit, we would be glad to photograph your child in it in place of our wardrobe!
Just please be sure hair is styled upon arrival.
Do you provide dresses / wardrobe?
Yes, we do! In fact, our private designer created a special fashion line curated to each city (Plano, Houston, San Antonio, Stewartstown, Aurora, Gaithersburg, and more!)
For fairies, our sizes range from 3M all the way up to size 24 Womens’ Plus.
For knights, our sizes range from 3M to 16Y.

Can we bring our own costumes?
Yes, we often have guests bring in special occasion dresses like for a quinceañera or a birthday celebration, so if you’d like to bring in a special outfit, we would be glad to photograph your child in it in place of our wardrobe!
Guidelines: avoid busy prints and/or graphics and text.
Do you provide hair & make up?
Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, we do not provide hair and make up currently.
My fairy would like to wear something a little more knight-ish, is this okay?
Absolutely.
We feel confidence is best worn when everyone is comfortable and expressing themselves in any way they choose to.

The Experience
My child is special needs, is there portrait artists that can work with them?
Enchanted Fairies welcomes children of all abilities.
Special needs, and differently-abled children will find a haven at Enchanted Fairies.
Our certified Enchanted Fairies photographers are specially trained to help all children feel comfortable and have lots of fun.
In order for us to best present ourselves to your amazing child, we ask you to email us ahead of time of any special notes or requests (eg. sensory issues ‘does not like to be touched’)
Because of our ties to children’s charities, we are serious in our commitment to making all feel at home in the forest.
Can adults book a session?
Yes! Just hop on the invite list for your preferred location.
Will we have to see our images after our session?
We’ve all been there, everyone is having a great time at an outing, lots of smiles and enthusiasm. Then one second to the next, our kids are hangry, their energy tank is running on E, and they need a snack and a nap, stat!
Not to worry!
You will be able to see your images in the comfort of your own home.
Our ‘Premiere & Ordering’ appointments (yes like a Hollywood movie premiere) are scheduled right after the session, for a later time of your choosing when you can have time for you and anyone else you’d like to invite, to see the gorgeous images from your magical session.
So take a breath, relax, have an amazing session and munch on some snacks on the way home, knowing your images are being lovingly curated for you to see very soon.
Booking & Rescheduling
How do I book?
Simple! Just hop on to your preferred location page and follow the prompts to get on the invite list (or if available the ‘instant book’ option).
Due to overwhelming demand, do not hesitate to sign up. Please let us know if we can help you in the help bubble on the bottom of this webpage.
What percentage of the session fee goes to charity?
When booking through one of our exciting charity events, 100% of proceeds from session fees, calendar contest votes, and calendar sales are all donated to children’s charities.
So far we have donated $938,879.88 to charities that work to help children directly like Children’s Health, O.U.R., Kidd’s Kids, NT Food Bank, Jonathan’s Place, Cook Children’s Medical, and Frisco Family Services.
One of our current beneficiaries, for example, is Kidd’s Kids. They take children with terminal and life-altering conditions on a trip to Walt Disney World with their families and a medical team. During the pandemic, they have stepped up to help their families with bills and putting food on the table.
How many 8X10 Limited Edition prints do I receive for free?
Your family, if you have taken advantage of one of our charity events, will receive one free Limited Edition 8X10 portrait per 365 day period. Only one per household and understandably it can not be combined with other offers.
It is part of our special mission to raise funds for children’s charities while going above and beyond for our clients.
Not only do guests get to experience the immersive magic of an Enchanted Fairies session, you get to have access to our high end, gorgeous wardrobe, flower crowns, tiaras, pixie dust and fairy wings. You get to have an incredible interactive session with our certified Enchanted Fairies portrait artists.
Best of all, all the proceeds from your $25 per child all goes to charity, we keep nothing.
To go above and beyond, we want you and everyone who enters our studio, to walk away with one free 8X10, no obligation.
We can not wait to serve you and your child.
What is your rescheduling policy?
We are currently experiencing overwhelming demand. Your child’s confidence-boosting magical session with Enchanted Fairies is a truly one-of-a-kind experience.
Our regular session fees are $200, due to the limited number of available magical session appointments, rescheduling an appointment with less than one weeks notice will result in a $99 cancellation fee. (This cancellation fee will be stored as a credit for you to use towards any portrait purchase)
Our sessions are normally booked 2 months or more in advance. (For example, I’m writing this in October and our sessions are 100% booked for the rest of the year.)
When you reschedule with more than one weeks notice you do not incur any charge.

Can I get a refund for my session?
Of course, as long as you are contacting us, with at least one week’s notice, we are able to refund your session fee.

Post Session Etiquette
Please keep in mind, you are renting the studio for the duration of your session. Once your magical fairy session is complete, the studio will need to be clear for the next family to enjoy.
Do you have openings for more than three children?
At this time, we do not have openings for more than three children for a magical session.

How much does it cost to have a session?
Our regular session fees are $200.
Sometimes we run events that benefit charity and allow families to access our sessions as low as $25 per child to experience the entire magical session, have access to our gorgeous wardrobe, the flower crowns, tiaras, pixie dust and fairy wings.
The best part, is when you donate the $25 per child, 100% of your session fee proceeds all go to charity and each family receives one 8X10 Limited Edition Enchanted Fairies portrait. Only one 8X10 print per family per 365 day period.
You will have an opportunity to purchase additional prints and storybooks, but there is never any obligation.
How much are additional prints?
When taking advantage of one of our exciting charity events, an Enchanted Fairies session is totally all-inclusive.
You pay a modest $25 fee per child that we donate 100% of proceeds to a hand-selected charity partner.
One of the charities we benefit, currently is called Kidd’s Kids. They take kids with terminal and life-altering conditions to Disney World with their families to get a chance to be kids for a week. Gives them a break from the hospital visits.
What you get with all this: your kids get to dress up, get access to our selection of gorgeous dresses, flower crowns, wings and the entire magical experience of an Enchanted Fairies session with your very own certified Enchanted Fairies photographer.
They will get pixie dust and I can’t speak higher of our photographers.. the experience they provide is one that rivals Disney honestly. Totally magical laugh out loud experience!
The best part! You get an 8X10 absolutely for free (1 per family per 365 day period) and you get to choose the exact pose you decide on when you schedule your zoom Premiere and Ordering appointment.
If you’d like more photos than the one you get absolutely for free, our pricing starts at $200.
The upper pricier packages can range and be up there, some of those for example would include a hand-painted oil painting commissioned by a classical artist that takes upwards of 6 months to create 
.
Rest assured there is something for everyone, even if you just want to have the experience and get the completely free portrait.
(ETA 3/5/21) MARCH 2021 UPDATE: Our Painting Artist is currently booked up for the next 2 years. Due to lack of availability, we are not offering our Masterpiece Paintings at this time.

How can we get other family members to view and purchase images?
The best way is to set up a time in which everyone (grandmothers, aunts, family members), can view them all at the same time.
We find that the viewing appointment is a very special treat as our Art Directors have specially curated the best images and they set the entire presentation to beautiful music for your viewing pleasure.

What are the age requirements?
There is no age limit to magic.
Is there a cancellation list I can get on?
Yes, we do have a cancellation list. Occasionally, we receive same-day cancellations. If you’re seeking an appointment on short notice and can arrive with less than 24 hours’ notice, you have a quick and convenient option. Simply click on the live chat button located at the bottom right of your screen to speak directly with one of our customer support representatives. They will assist you in getting added to our cancellation list promptly.
Can I book a session for this weekend?
Your child’s confidence-boosting session with Enchanted Fairies is a one of a kind experience that is in high demand. Our sessions are normally booked 2 months or more in advance. (For example, I’m writing this in October and our sessions are 100% booked for the rest of the year.)
On occasion we do have last minute reschedules and something opens up last minute. Your best bet is to make sure you’re on the invite list to be the first to know.
Turnaround
What’s your cancel and refund policy?
Due to custom artwork involved with our art pieces, all sales are final and no changes, cancels, or refunds will be afforded and you waive any rights to charge-back your purchase with your credit card processor.
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an emailhere.
How can I find out my order status?
Most art pieces arrive in between 6-8 weeks due to the artistry involved with each portrait.
Please allow 4-6 months for our Oil Masterpiece Portraits as they are hand painted. Our artists lovingly work on your images to provide the highest quality prints.
If you’d like to check in on their progress, simply email using ask button inside this help bubble.
Please be sure to let us know the name the order is order and email you used to book the session (usually the parent’s name).
What is your turnaround time from viewing images to getting my order at my doorstep?
Underpromise, overdeliver! We take no shortcuts in our artistry and the level of quality we expect for our clients. As such, we are currently at a 6 to 8 week turnaround time.
Can you ship my order straight to me?
Absolutely!
