FedEx Hold for Pickup allows you to request packages to be held at a FedEx location. Once redirected, you can pick up packages on your schedule at locations that are convenient to where you work or live.
Use FedEx First Overnight® Freight for next-day delivery by 9 a.m. or 10:30 a.m. to most primary service area ZIP codes. This service delivers Monday–Friday. Saturday pickup and delivery are available in certain areas for an additional charge.
Select Schedule a Pickup from the Ship tab, and then click the Pickup History tab. To view package pickup history, select the FedEx Express® / FedEx Ground® radio button.
It will be held for pickup as early as the same day of your missed delivery attempt. Packages not picked up within 7 days will be returned to the nearest FedEx facility or shipper. Refer to your door tag for the pickup location and availability.
