Small amounts of Paintbox Simply DK in colours 1 & 2

With colour 1 make Magic Circle, (RS) make 1ch, work 8ps (see abbrev) into circle, pull the loose thread to close, ss to the first ps on beginning of row. (8ps)

Fasten off. Join in colour 2.

Round 2 – 6ch, 1tr into base of 6ch, * (1tr, 3ch, 1tr) into next ps, * rpt from * to * to end, ss to 3rd of 6ch on beginning of round. (8, 3ch spaces)

Fasten off. Join in colour 1 to any 3ch space with a ss.

Round 3 – (1htr, 2tr, 2ch, 2tr, 1htr) into same 3ch space, * ss into space between next 2tr, (1htr, 2tr, 2ch, 2tr, 1htr) into next 3ch space, * rpt from * to * to end, ss into space between tr and 3ch, ss to first htr. Fasten off.

Finishing – Weave in and trim off loose ends of yarn, attach button to centre of flower.
