It was really fun taking my kiddo to the Sacramento River Cats baseball game this weekend! ⚾️I grew up loving baseball and I’m so glad my little one likes it too! Sacramento is just the best community and honestly the fact that this park is sponsored by my place of work is an extra bonus! #sutterproud Such a cool thing to see my company’s name at this place. Gotta say, being a part of the Sutter Health family is pretty awesome! 👉 Jobs.sutterhealth.org #worklifebalance #sutterhealth #communityengagement #teamsutter #joinus

Co-Founder & Director, Strategy @Fufild | Pioneering PersonalFulfillment-as-a-Service (PFaaS) that Leads To Business Success: Prioritizing Hourly-Wage Employees
Fufild's #HR - People & Culture | Youth Soccer Fields ⚽ & Corporate Culture: Lessons in Valuing DifferencesThis past weekend, I had a series of contrasting soccer experiences. It kicked off with me coaching and supporting my 13-year-old son, Ethan, in Williamson County, Tennessee's recreational league. Their victory added a dash of joy and set a positive tone for the weekend. Immediately following, the momentum continued in Atlanta, where we cheered on my elder son, Simon, 16, and his elite TSC ECNL team, witnessing them secure victories on Saturday and Sunday against two top-tier state of Georgia ECNL teams. These varied experiences with my sons brought an important realization to light: while they play at different soccer tiers, my role as a parent remains anchored in treating them with equal importance. Soccer is but a slice of their multifaceted lives, and they each have unique personalities, skills, and strengths, enriching our family dynamic in their own way--each in an amazing and equally important way!Drawing parallels to Fufild's corporate culture & philosophy:My sons' diverse engagements with soccer serve as a testament to the varied strengths individuals offer in a business setting. Much like their differing talents on the field, every team member of Fufild showcases unique skills and competencies.Expanding this thought in a broader business context:Every department within Fufild functions like a vital organ of a body. Their roles might differ, but their significance remains undiminished. Whether it's a success story or a challenging phase, we respond as a cohesive unit. While salaries and bonuses might vary based on market dynamics, our commitment to treating everyone with respect and equality remains unwavering.Embracing this interconnected approach facilitates a harmonious work environment. I firmly believe that for Fufild to reach its envisioned success, every department must operate in unison, keeping our shared mission and goals in sight. At Fufild, it's not just about the role or title. It's about recognizing the unique value each individual adds. Our primary focus is on nurturing the array of talents and ensuring that every contribution is celebrated.#Fufild #FufildFamily #DiverseStrengths #ValueInVariety #EmployeeExperience#WorkplaceCulture#PersonalFulfillment#OperationsManagement#EmployeeEngagement#EmployeeRetention

The locker room has been one of my favorite places in the world since I was a little kid and my dad was a high school hockey coach.Culturally, its gotten a bad rap - but most that did actually play sports at a high level, have had a positive experience. Sorry if you did not. It's a fun place, but it's also where individuals truly become teammates and friends for life.In business, it's your sales floor or where ever colleagues congregate (could be zooms, SKO's, or Happy hours). You tell stories, bust chops, and get game ready. But it's where cultures are built and expectations are set. The Coach/Executives matter - but the leaders in the locker room are the real DNA of an organization. One of my favorite locker room traditions is Kangaroo Court. For those that don't know it - it's when the team doles out justice via fines for those that don't stay in the understood guard rails of the culture and expectations of the team. Those fines are typically used to support the end of the year party, hopefully a celebration of success. Since this platform is a community - we've decided at Shift Group to start our own kangaroo court. We're going to pick a post every couple weeks that are outside our culture and expectations. We're going to fine the perpetrator - and let them pick a charity to give the fine too, which we will match. It's all in good fun, but we need your help. Will put guidelines for what deserves a fine and contact info in the comments where to send nominations. #AllGasNoBrakes #PowerOfPurpose

“It’s the little details that are vital. Little things make big things happen.” - John Wooden I believe it is important to celebrate the small and big events in all of my teams lives. Whether it’s a birthday, achieving their first lease or hitting their goals, or attending their grand opening of the community or model, I will always be there to support my teams. #teamworkmakesthedreamwork #BuildtoRent #RangeOn #leadershipmatters #smallthingsmatter

Most calendars let you see events one month or one week at a time, but not a whole year on one page with event titles. Teamup allows you to see all events for the entire year. There are three ways to do so. Demonstrated on this video is the program calendar at Boy Scouts of America - Chief Seattle Council: https://lnkd.in/evD2q6qK #BSA #scouts #programschedule #calendar

🌟Swooperstar Spotlight:Declan, Chief Operations Officer 🌟𝙃𝙞 𝘿𝙚𝙘𝙡𝙖𝙣, 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙩𝙚𝙡𝙡 𝙪𝙨 𝙖 𝙗𝙞𝙩 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙛?I moved to our wonderful state 18 years ago and I'm loving it!We have raised my two children in Adelaide and certainly feel like we are becoming part of the fabric.I have enjoyed all that Adelaide and SA has got to offer - whether it is participating in the Variety Bash, taking the kids on adventures in the outback (Melrose through to Blinman), playing for and supporting my beloved Burnside Rugby Club, or barracking for my adopted AFL team, Port Adelaide.𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙢𝙖𝙙𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙬𝙖𝙣𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙎𝙬𝙤𝙤𝙥?I owned and ran my own telecommunications company for over 13 years, and after selling that company I was looking for my next challenge and opportunity. What I found in Swoop was a "tribe".A group of like-minded people who dare to be different and look at creating magic together. The company is all about growth and opportunity and I think this team has it in abundance.𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩’𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙛𝙖𝙫𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙚 𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙟𝙤𝙗?I love watching people grow.My purposehas been clear for a while in leadership, which is to support people to grow beyond their wildest imagination.Swoop provides for me the platform and the ability to help all of our staff and our customers to have a better telco experience. The people who work for you are more than just team members. They’re parents of rowdy elementary school kids, caretakers of elderly parents, recreational tennis champions, backyard baristas, side hustlers, cancer survivors, millennials going through a bad breakup, and so much more.As much as you care about the team member side of your employees, make sure you’re caring for the human side as well.So if you don’t mind me asking, who are you?#peopleandculture #employeeexperience
