Grilled Orange Chicken Recipe (1)

When I was a kid, the only Chinese foods I knew were Chicken Chow Mein, fried rice and fortune cookies. I have countless memories of eating chicken chow mein with my parents and grandparents. They usually picked up from a local Chinese restaurant after church, on the way to one of our houses. The chicken came in a takeout container with cooked celery and sauce. The other containers held white rice, crispy noodles and cashews.

When I was very young, I would only eat rice and crispy noodles with soy sauce on them. Eventually, I came to love the whole combination of chicken chow mein. It wasn’t until I was a teenager that I finally tried some other Asian chicken dishes like lemon chicken, sesame chicken and orange chicken. Last year, I shared a 30 Minute Skillet Recipe for Orange Chicken that my family loves. Now that summer is in full swing and cooking on the grill is where it’s at, I decided to make Grilled Orange Chicken and I am excited to share the recipe with you today.
