Went with a friend to have some nice quality girl time, I got acrylics which the end result is beautiful but he got close to my skin numerous times with the drill bit until he finally nicked my thumb which started to bleed. No discount offered. My friend got dip powder which turned out absolutely horrendous. He rushed on her nails and didn't fully wait for each layer to set. Today we went in 6 days after because her nails were chipped, cracked and dull. My friend just wanted to get her nails taken off and the lady had the audacity to tell us it would cost $10 but they'd fix the 4 nails at no charge. What??? Removing those nails is the least they could've done and should have been FREE. It baffles me they aren't willing to remove them but willing to use more product to fix them for free? Weird. The vibe here is way too stressful, I couldn't even relax while getting my nails done because I was afraid I'd get cut, turns out I did. Definitely won't be returning and I recommend you go to a more reputable salon!

THE ABSOLUTE WORST NAIL SERVICE IVE EVER RECEIVED. I do not recommend going here even if it's your last option. They absolutely ruined the quality of my natural nail not to mention the horrible job they did on the acrylics and paint.

Incredibly rude. I went in to fix a nail. I did not get them done here but just needed a fix. I showed them the color and the name, they told me they had it, so she proceeded to take off the gel, only for her to not have the same color. I asked her to hold off until I saw the color and got confirmation and she started huffing and puffing bc she could tell I wasn't happy. So I asked her to just put a clear coat of the gel so it could look somewhat normal and she put the color I told her didn't match on. There was clearly a language barrier but she was so rude to me. And now I have 1 finger with a completely different shade and it looks funny. Would not go back here bc they are not polite and don't slow down to listen to their clients
