Pak Choy Green is one of the easy seeds to sprout. They have a high germination rate, and they germinate in 2-3 days after sowing. They are tolerant to high humidity environment. It is rich in magnesium, fibre, antioxidants, and vitamins C, K1, and A. There are many ways you can eat Okra - raw, steamed, baked or fried. You can also dehydrate cut okra and they make a very good and healthy snack.
Corn plant has a lifespan of 80-150 days. There are many varieties available. The two popular ones are Sweet Corn and Sweet Corn Bicolor. Since it is an annual crop, it can only be harvested once, and the plant should be cut after harvest. You can grow your corn in pots or on flat land without raising bed but take not that the height can reach up to 2.5 meters. One plant with adequate growing conditions is able to produce between two and four ears of corn. Don't be surprised if you find pink corn seeds. The colour indicates that the seeds have been treated with a fungicide. The use of a fungicide is crucial to prevent the seeds from any fungal infection.
