Things you should consider before canceling your Verizon service
Before you cancel your Verizon internet service, consider these factors:
- The information you will need in order to cancel – Gather your account information such as your PIN number and information about the account holder.
- Only the account holder can cancel Verizon Fios.
- Scheduling a cancellation date – If you are canceling your Verizon service in order to switch providers to move areas, make sure you have your cancellation date marked down and new internet service lined up so you can stay connected.
