Mix, shake and sip your way to spiced-apple goodness. Our Spiced Appletini recipe uses star anise cloves and vanilla bean seeds to provide an unexpected sweet and aromatic flavor. To make it more festive, dress each Spiced Appletini with apple slices and crystallized ginger. Save yourself some time and make a big pitcher. These yummy co*cktails are a favorite!

Ingredients

12 oz. unfiltered apple juice

½ vanilla bean, seeds scraped

4 star anise cloves

6 oz. vodka (optional)

Apple slices and crystallized ginger for garnish

Directions

  1. In a large pitcher, mix together apple juice with vanilla bean seeds and star anise cloves. Let mixture sit for 30 minutes to allow flavors to mingle.
  2. Fill a co*cktail shaker halfway with ice. Add 3 ounces vodka (if using) and 6 ounces apple juice mixture, and shake well.
  3. Pour into martini glasses, straining out ice. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  4. Serve with apple slices and crystalized ginger as garnish.
