When I started at Polygon Labs in 2021, I had over 4000 transactions on the network and was already philosophically aligned with its mission. Nearly 3 years--and many more transactions--later, I am as bullish as ever! It is an honor to lead Web3's best BD team and continue blazing the path for Ethereum: the world's most advanced zk tech + AggLayer = unlimited scale and unified liquidity for all. Polygon has done more for me than I can describe. Native to the space since 2017, despite having participated in Defi Summer, it wasn't until Polywhale that I became laser focused on farming and lending. Despite having bred super early generation Cryptokitties, it wasn't until Decentraland that I would pour hundreds of hours into gamefi. Iron/Titan (RIP, Marc Cuban's bags) taught me about Algo Stables' death spirals. And I've earned enough scar tissue debating the merits of L2s and the difference between full blown rollups and validiums to last 3 lifetimes. As we embark on Ethereum's next journey, a/synchronous composability and fixing fragmentation, I'm stoked at the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. We have mainstream adoption in our crosshairs. I hope to see you in the arena, frens.

Was such a pleasure sitting down with Gareth Jenkinson from Cointelegraph to chat about fashion and luxury in Web3. In 2018, I peppered all of my trend forecasting clients with slides on Ethereum, Cyptokitties, Axie and Decentraland, relating back this idea of ownership and identity to what was happening in Fortnite, LoL etc. Major shout out to the few that listened and continued to iterate over the last 6 years! Blockchain as a check and balance to AI? Now that's something to write home about. In an election year -- with the next Bitcoin halving in sight -- and where the proliferation of unfettered AI tooling promises to wreak havoc on traditional media outlets, this one hit especially hard.
