Yeah actually Flora is the second strongest next to Bloom. That was confirmed by the creator. The ones that are confirmed is Bloom, Flora, and Stella. In that order, the others aren’t confirmed though.

Tecna- I think she is the least powerful of the 8 fairies because her magic is only useful to keep her friends out of danger and to sense some near danger. 7. Water represents a source for life in humans. 5. Roxy-She is the Fairy of Animals and she can command them to do anything as she says like protecting her friends. She also has the power to shape inanimate objects into animals and can sense animal tracks. 4. Stella- Her powers come from the Sun of Solaria and her powers also resemble Bloom's as both have something made from the Dragon Flame. Stella has the Ring of Solaria and Bloom has a spark of the Flame itself. Like Bloom, she can burn things and have powers based off of heat(solar heat for Stella and fiery heat for Bloom). She was called the Fairy of the Sun and the Moon in the Cinelume dub but her moon powers are rarely if ever shown, meaning the Sun powers are her dominant trait. During Season 1, the Trix thought the Dragon Flame came from Stella, hinting at a similarity between Solaria, Domino, and Stella and Bloom's powers as a whole. 3. Flora- Her powers pertain to only terrestrial nature. Despite this, some of her spells have names of all 4 seasons. However, if she actually had the power of all 4 Elements of Nature, she could even beat Bloom and Daphne for that matter. Iginio Straffi, the creator of Winx Club, stated that Flora is the second most powerful fairy ONLY behind Bloom from the Winx Club. 2. Bloom- She has the power of the Dragon Flame which is the most powerful power in the Magic Dimension. When she is the leader of the Winx, what I don't like is that she is the lead singer when Musa should definitely be in that position. In most of her transformations, she has hearts on her wings and outfits which to me seems like she is the only one of the Winx who has a heart. 1.Daphne- She had the Dragon Flame power herself but transferred it to Bloom before the Ancestral Witches cursed her Sirenix. Since she is the Nymph of Sirenix, she is the only one who can command the Beast of the Depths. Since she also has this ability, she is similar to Roxy as both can command a creature to do something important.

flora is the fairy of nature. when you think of nature , what come to your mind ? only trees, vines, plants and flowers? in nature , there is fire, water, earth, air and more elements. so it includes the sun also. Stella is the fairy of the sun only but flora is the fairy of whole nature. it's really confusing I know. she would possibly the only one who could beat bloom with her powers. agree she was the weakest fairy of all . but its only because of her low confidence . thanks to Helia she regained her confidence and powers.

I love Flora, don't get me wrong, and it would make sense that she is the second strongest, but I don't think the show portrays her that way, because a lot of her spells aren't shown to be that strong most of the time. But I haven't seen the show on a little while, this is just from my memory. I think Tecna is strong, but we don't see much power from her, just her tecno skills. Aisha is pretty powerful, and there is water just about everywhere. I also think Musa is very strong or would be if the show portrayed her to be more powerful.

First of all, they are all super powerful, and ALL have saved people and proven that they are incredibly powerful. Second of all, Flora is said to be the fairy of nature but she is actually pretty much just the fairy if plants and the seasons and rocks, stuff like that. I agree Roxy isn't that powerful, and I would change my stance to say Flora is more powerful but Roxy hasn't had a lot of training and I think she would be very powerful if she did, seeing how her mother is the Queen of Fairy. Flora can heal and that's powerful, but a lot of other times she used to power they just didn't last long. I still think she is really powerful, just not second.

My list is bloom then flora then stella/musa then Aisha and then teena bc I see potential in musa and what she can do and the creators didnt show what all she could do all you would is her making music but she can also control emotions and minds with music so shes actually is powerful as stella but not as much as flora and bloom. About Aisha, mind you all 6 of them are the most powerful fairies so I'm not saying they aren't powerful anyways going back to aisha shes powerdul too but to me she can do more things like control people body since the human has most water in it but besides that I dont see anything else she can do and with Texan she can do alot of things but the creators didnt go full in with each of their powers
